It's patent pending and design registered. It's hygienic and saves us from sweating the small stuff, since it is supposed to replace a traditional hand skill that this chef perfectly illustrates with a slightly french accent.
Yolkr has an additional merit: it reached 200% of its funding limit on kickstarter today, with still 32 days to go. Which automatically puts the "participatory design" thing into perspective.
